It seems hard to believe now that what started as a hobby born out of a desire to create something I couldn't buy has turned out this way.  The more I dived into what I was doing the more people showed an interest.  People were wanting to know more, learn more, to get back to the skills passed down through many generations and kept alive..... until now....now at a risk of fading away from the grasp of the average person.  Standing back at workshops, one of the best parts that always makes me think this is worth doing is seeing the interactions over the sausage making table.  Strangers not four hours ago now sharing their story, their journey, the knowledge and lessons they have learnt. Community is happening.  Smiles, laughter and good food!  A combination hard to beat!
