Preserved Eat

Preserved Deli is a range of beautiful artisan bacon & sausages.  We only use 100% free-range New Zealand raised pork in our products.  Our bacon is traditionally cured and has no added water, that means it fries beautifully and the taste is sensational. Our sausages are all hand made small batch produced with flavours changing through the year.  

Preserved Deli products are available to the public from our farmers market stall,  Preserved Eat,  every Saturday at Christchurch Farmers Market, Riccarton House from 9am - 1pm.  

Come to the stall for breakfast or lunch.  Delicious sausages, served with optional bacon, salads, sauerkraut and seasonal salsas.

Get our fresh made packs of sausages or bacon's to take home.  To keep up with what is on offer and our "flavour of the week" like Preserved Eat on Facebook.

Some of the sausages we do are Italian White Wine & Fennel,  British Bangers, Bacon Wrapped Breakfast Sausages, Lemon & Ginger.

Delicious bacon - Juniper & Rosemary Salt Cured Bacon, Simply Sage Salt Cured Bacon, Beer Cured Bacon, Pancetta.
