If you’re a bacon lover, fancy being the King/Queen of the BBQ, crave the perfect sausage or the best ever big breakfast this workshop is for you!  Popular with people just wanting an introduction to creative deli products at home through to office events.  Discover how easy it is to make amazing dry cured or wet cured bacon at home through an interactive demo.  Learn the tricks to making amazing gourmet sausages and make your own free range pork sausages from scratch, through to linking.  One sausage from each person will go into a blind taste off where your peers are the judges and one person will leave with the bragging rights of being an award winning sausage maker!
