Sausages, proscuitto style air dried hams, brine-cured hams, wet & dry cured bacon, chorizos & salamis & more. Create your own signature sausage, make friends, have good food and a great day.
Including what cuts are best for what, making different cures, mincing, casing, hanging aging & smoking.
